Welcome to "Casabela Studio" a new remodeled 450 sqft guest suite and brand new bathroom with its own private entrance. Kitchenette with fridge, cooktop, microwave and Nespresso coffee maker. Beautiful outdoor dining area with fire pit, BBQ grill, pool, hot tub and sun loungers. Less than 10 minutes to "The Village" in Westfield Topanga Center and 5 minutes to "The Commons" in Calabasas with lots of restaurants and bars. Less than 30 minutes to Malibu Beach.

This guest suite is attached to the main house with its own private entrance. The backyard and its amenities are the only shared space between the guests and us. * King bed with comfortable mattress * Sofa bed that sleeps 2 * Office desk with 24" monitor (hdmi cable) * Fridge, cooktop, microwave and Nespresso coffee maker with pods provided * Smart 55" TV with Sonos sound bar and ceiling speakers for your entertainment * Beach/Pool towels and beach chairs provided * In-wall mini-split air conditioner * Saltwater Pool (max of 10 ft deep) - Pool heating provided by additional fee * Hot tub * Outdoor dining area with BBQ grill, fire pit and sun loungers * Outdoor speakers (available via AirPlay) * Fast Wifi Internet Guests have full access to the backyard, BBQ grill, pool, hot tub, fire pit and loungers. This space is designed to fit up to 2 adults comfortably, we allow 2 extra guests for an additional fee. Guests need to be included in the reservation to be allowed in the property and use the amenities (policy will be enforced). Due safety concerns with the pool access we are not able to accommodate toddlers and young children.

* If you are interested in Pool heating, contact the host for fees. * SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. Please do not book this property if you smoke. * No additional guests on the property at any time that are not included in the reservation. * Our pool guy comes every Friday in the afternoon. If you are in the pool or hot tub please give him some space for a few minutes while he does his magic to keep everything sparkling clean for your enjoyment. * We don't offer early check-in or late check-out.

House Rules

General Rules: - NO PARTIES allowed. - NO SMOKING allowed anywhere in the property. - NO noise in the backyard after 09PM. - NO glasses in the backyard and pool. - NO extra guests at any time (only the number of guests confirmed in the reservation will be allowed in the property and amenities). These rules will be strictly enforced. If we receive complains or if any rule is broken you will be escorted off the property. Pet Policy: - Pets or animals of any kind are NOT allowed. We live in the property and we got an exemption from Airbnb due health issues. No Smoking: - There is NO SMOKING in the house, indoor or outdoor. You will be charged a non-negotiable $200 fine if there are cigarette butts or smell in the house and you will be asked to leave immediately. Security: - We have outdoor video security cameras in the property recording 24x7.

Guest Access

Please use one spot for parking in the driveway. Street parking is available in front of the house as well. Guests have full access to the backyard, BBQ grill, pool, hot tub, fire pit and loungers. Guests have access to 5g WiFi throughout the guest house and outdoor areas. There are no washer and dryer available to use.

We had a wonderful time at your comfortable home away from home. We had a busy five days of family visits and graduation events at USC and we were always glad to get back home to your place. It is very comfortable quiet and tastefully decorated... the care you put into supplying just about every amenity really makes it easy to stay there and relax. We were impressed at everything you fit into the cozy kitchen and just how well everything worked! We look forward to staying with you again on our next visits to the area. Felipe and Erika’s place was everything we were looking for, spotlessly clean and super comfortable. The studio is beautiful and we loved the quiet area and atmosphere. The location is a friendly neighborhood and very walkable. If we had questions they responded very quickly and made us feel at home. The studio is also convenient to many restaurants and shopping! We will be back and recommending to family and friends!

Erika and Felipe made us feel very special as they personalized our trip for our anniversary with little touches like a gift basket and little honeymoon touches around the property. The studio had all the amenities you could think of plus more! They were always proactive in communicating with me before and during my stay. I couldn’t ask for better hosts on our trip to the area. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling in this area!! Such a great experience!

This is my go-to spot in LA when visiting family. Always clean, spacious and comfortable. My only regret is that I need to stay here for longer periods of time!
