Welcome to Casabela, a mix of modern boho and desert style decor with stunning views of Joshua Tree National Park. We are a 3-min drive from downtown Twentynine Palms (restaurants, starbucks, bars, burgers, pizza, supermarket) and 10-min from Joshua Tree National Park north entrance. Come and relax in this beautiful renovated home.

Good to know

Casabela means "Beautiful Home". We put a good amount of effort to make it very comfy with everything you might need to feel at home. We have fast wifi and a dedicated office space in the master bedroom if you need to work. There is a 55" 4K QLED Roku Smart TV that you can use with your own streaming service accounts. It will log you out of all the streaming services on your checkout date so you don't need to worry about it. The fun part, our game room. We have a foosball table and Mortal Kombat arcade (with 12 extra games) in the garage. And if you haven't played with it yet, we have a HOOKs Ring Toss (Craggy Games) game there as well, use your imagination to set the rules for what happens when somebody lose and you can be playing it and laughing for hours. You can relax in the hot tub while enjoying the beautiful views of the Joshua Tree National Park mountains from our backyard.

House Rules

Lease Agreement: - The City of Twentynine Palms requires us to have a short term lease agreement with the guest. Once the booking is confirmed you will receive a lease agreement for the duration of your stay, you will need to fill your Driver's License or Passport Number, Name, Address and sign. Failing to fill and return the lease agreement will cause the booking to be canceled. General Rules: - NO PARTIES allowed. - NO extra guests without prior consent from host. - NO noise in the backyard after 09pm. These rules will be strictly enforced. If we receive complains or if any rule is broken you will be escorted off the property. Pet Policy: - Pets are NOT allowed and the house surroundings are not pet-friendly. Security: - Please, do not touch the Alarm panel by the entrance. - There is a ring door bell security camera outside the front door. Garbage Disposal: - Do not dispose food or coffee grounds into the garbage disposal, use the trash. There will be an additional fee of $70 if the garbage disposal is damaged. No Smoking: - There is NO SMOKING in the house. You will be charged a non-negotiable $200 fine if there are cigarette butts or smell in the house. Doors: - Please keep doors closed at all times. You are in the desert and besides flies and bugs coming inside you might have some curious visitors (rabbits, lizards) and at night you might see coyotes down the street.

This is a lovely house minutes from the entrance to Joshua Tree National Park. Everything was exactly as described and super clean. Kitchen items, linens and all amenities were perfect. The weather didn’t cooperate for us to use the backyard but it looked like a nice space with gas fire-pit, seating area and hot tub. The “game room” garage was a favorite for our family. Would highly recommend this place.

My two boys and I have a yearly Joshua Tree trip that we look forward to. This year we decided to try another spot. Let me tell you, this place is special. We immediately immersed ourselves in this cozy home and were in awe of the surrounding area. Erika and Felipe were amazing hosts and made sure our stay was first class. From the spacious hot tub to the amazing game room. Thank you for allowing us this opportunity to make lasting memories. We hope to make our way back next year!

Filipe and Erika you guys did such an amazing job at making the house feel like a home! Now and days everything is minimalistic and to come by a house full of color and life is very hard. Your house was very welcome, cozy and fun. We all loved that there was so much to do. The game room was so much fun, the hot tub, the living room just everything about it was perfect. We will definitely be planning to come back soon. Also their response time is very appreciated!! It’s very nice to know that if we needed anything they responded right away!

Definitely recommend staying here for its comfort, cleanliness and ease to get to. If you are staying out of town to work at the military base or wanting to experience Joshua Tree, it’s in a nice location. The game room is fun and the back yard is peaceful with a relaxing feeling throughout the whole house!
